AVAILABILITY:

RATES:

Winter 2013:  $245 USD per night, or $11715 per week.  Except Christmas/New Years period and President's Holiday weekend.  Contact us  for a quote for these periods.

In addition to the above rates, a combined state and local tax totaling 10% is applicable.

Summer 2013:  $185 USD per night, or $1295 per week.  Holiday periods may be higher.  Contact us for a quote for holidays.  In addition to these rates, a combined state and local tax totaling 10% is applicable

FEES: 

There is a cleaning fee of $125 and a refundable security deposit of $300.

In order to keep our rates low, we are not set up to accept credit cards. 

A deposit is required to secure the reservation, with full payment made in advance of your arrival.
